If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made from our website, you may, within 60 days from the date of receipt, return your product for a full replacement, exchange or refund. All returns must be approved prior to return and have a “Return Authorization Number”. Please be sure to include  (inside the package you are returning) your order number, or copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit. Also include the Return Authorization Number, name, and address. Any returned item that is altered or damaged by the customer may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Drop Shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, depending on the manufacturers policy.


We want you to enjoy shopping on, so we will gladly accept returns and exchanges if they comply with our return policy. Please read this page carefully before you make a purchase decision or would like to make a return or an exchange. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full replacement, exchange or refund. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be returned for refunds.

  • Close-Out item sales are final.
  • If the customer refuses the package and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a return. Customer will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fee.
  • Motivation Club returns will be processed for the actual purchase price less shipping and handling.
